Licences are installed on setup by the TheatreDigitalized sysadmin team. Licence keys are usually displayed on your invoice, or within System > Licencing & System inside VersatileManager.

Licence keys can be changed or updated via support request, they are used primarily for reference only.

Licence keys are assigned to a person at the venue - this can be updated by support request.
