On the door signage has a handful of different event hold options which will allow you to display what event is on in your screen or theatre at any time.

Our web-based signage allows for the majority IoT (Internet-of-Things) devices to be utilised in order to display them.

Signage can be controlled by visiting Signage > Displays Settings from within versatileManager. It's accessible to all user levels.

Event Hold Types

Hold until end of event This will hold the event data in a cache up until the end of the event, as described by the event runtime. After the runtime has completed, it'll show the next event.
Hold until next event This will hold the event data in a cache up until 15 minutes before the next scheduled event, in which it'll update to that.
None Without an event hold, once show time has hit, it'll show the next event for the day.

Accessing 'On The Door' Signage

On the Door signage is accessible via <domain>/signage/door/?aud=<aud>.

The "aud" (auditorium) data is taken from the auditorium name in your box office software. If there is no way to define an auditorium, you can use the type "all" to display all your events in a single-card setup.

In the Signage area of VersatileManager, you'll find a list of auditoriums that are loaded into the software from which you can choose from.

Display Purchase Options

We're able to offer build-to-order displays for your venue with pre-programmed signage addresses. These can be purchased on your subscription basis, or upfront. In the case of non-payment, the equipment will need to be returned to us so it can be redistributed. The equipment is not owned by the venue until full payment cycle has been completed.
