VersatileCore supports SavoySystems, a Notts based box office system provider. Our SavoySystems integration provides the majority of the software functionality.
SavoySystem Built-in Tags
Tags are provided by Savoy on Performance data. The table below provides the tag and the conversion. We provide built-in integration for the listed tags by default. You can add custom tags in the Tag Controller (VersatileManager > Customisation > Tag Controller)

Hiding Events
Versatile looks out for events that are closed to internet sale. Those closed to internet sale get given a "sold out" tag. Additionally, any events that hold 'isOpenForSale="N"' may appear in VersatileManager, but not on the frontend.
Running Time
Running time data is fed from Main Feature running time from within the API. This data will be used for signage hold times etc. TMDB Enrichment will be able to match this if the data is left empty.
